Loland Oaks Farm is a spacious and welcoming equestrian facility with extensive grounds maintained for horseback riding activities and more! Helping riders establish a happy and positive relationship with their horse.Specializing in young or difficult horses. Our Goal To provide a safe and encouraging environment where students learn horsemanship and horseback riding on an individualized basis, at their own speed. Also, introducing students to the beauty and friendship of horses that builds respect, compassion, responsibility, integrity and self confidence. Instruction: Our program is designed to create a sensitive, sensible, thinking and feeling rider by focusing on sound basics of horsemanship and safety for students of all ages. Utilizing the basics of Centered Riding® techniques in our instruction program, students become aware of how their use of self enhances the horses performance. Centered Riding® techniques offer a feel of softness, energy and power that leads to a union and partnership with the horse that cannot be attained by muscle alone. Lessons are based on the fundamental of ground manners and handling, education and awareness of horse behavior and movement.
